  1. Pour raspberries with water, shake gently so that all the debris floats up and drain the water. Do this a few times.
  2. Drain raspberries completely.
  3. Pour raspberries in a saucepan and crush in mashed potatoes.
  4. Pour sugar and mix.
  5. Cook raspberries on very low heat for 2 hours, taking off all the time foam.
  6. Turn off raspberries and leave for 12 hours to cool.
  7. Pour lemon juice into raspberries and boil.
  8. Pour jars with water and boil together with the lids.
  9. Pour hot jam into the jars and close the lids.
  10. Cover banks under the covers for a day.
