 Time: 9 мин. Difficulty: Easy Servings: 2 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one  cup (st.) – 240 ml.  3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.  1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml  1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.  1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.  1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.  1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml. 
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 170 gr crushed milk chocolate
 - 3/4 Art. milk
 - 1/4 Art. fat cream
 - 1/4 Art. unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 3 tbsp. l raspberry liquor
 - Candied ginger for decoration (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, mix all the ingredients except liquor and ginger, and put on a moderately low heat. Heat up stirring occasionally until chocolate melts, about 2 min. Continue to cook, stirring constantly with a whisk until the mixture does not become homogeneous and does not thicken, about 5 minutes Take it off the fire add liquor, garnish with ginger slices on top (optional) and serve immediately.
