Boiled in the salad quinoa is mixed with radish sprouts, broccoli sprouts, and fresh herbs, radish and petiole celery for juiciness. Mix it all with a spicy dressing of grained mustard, lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle with fried salted seeds. Boil 1 tbsp. quinoa as recommended on the package; loosen with a fork and let cool. In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l mustard with 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice and a big pinch of salt and black pepper; stir 1/4 tbsp. olive oil. Add cooled quinoa, 120 gr. radish sprouts, 55 gr. pruned sprouts broccoli, 3/4 tbsp. chopped radish, 0.5 tbsp. chopped celery, 1/4 tbsp. salted seeds and mix in 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley and green onions; mix.
