- 1 spaghetti pumpkin weighing approximately 1100 – 1150 gr.
- 100 gr. diced pancetta
- Fillet 2 – 4 anchovies
- 2 tbsp. l capers, dry
- 1 can (800 gr.) Canned peeled tomatoes
- 1/4 Art. Kalamata olives cut in half rings
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil, and a little more to drizzle
- 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chop
- 1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 5 basil leaves, and a little for decoration
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Grated Parmesan, for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the spaghetti pumpkin in half, remove the seeds. Put the pumpkin on the cut side of the microwave dish down, pierce with a fork in several places, pour a glass on the dish boiled water.
