Recipe preparation:

  1. In a pan with salted water, boil potatoes and garlic until readiness, 20 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet, fry the fennel seeds on olive oil with 1/2 tsp salt, then add a teaspoon lemon zest.
  3. Throw the potatoes into a colander and return to the pan, pour fennel oil. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Cover and shake.
