  1. Rub the potatoes on a fine grater, fill with water, wash and filter through a sieve or cheesecloth. Potato pancakes with sour cream
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil.
  3. Drive the egg into the squeezed potatoes, add onion, salt, flour. Knead the dough.
  4. In a greased frying pan, we form pancakes and fry them on both sides.
