  1. Prepare the cracklings. We clean large onions, cut them into small pieces. Cut the breast into small pieces and put the preheated butter in the pan. Fry over low heat, evaporating pork fat brisket, add the onion and fry again.
  2. Prepare the potatoes. Rub the small onion into the shallow grater to make mashed potatoes. We clean the potato, wash it, dry it paper towels, finely grate, wring the excess moisture. So that the potatoes do not darken, each new grated potato mix with a portion of onion puree. Add flour, egg to the potato, mix sour cream. Now add the garlic passed through the press and 1/2 fried meat, salt and mix.
  3. Lubricate the pot with oil or grease. We decompose received potato mass in pots (do not close the lid) and send in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, bring the remaining meat in the pan to full readiness, pre-salt.
  5. We serve a hot grandmother, laying the meat from the pan on top. Dish goes well with sour cream or cold milk.
