Portion ghost cheese pizzas

The recipe for these portioned pizzas is extremely simple. You don’t have to knead dough or cook sauces. Take a ready-made pizza dough and roll small cakes out of it, stretching them from the bottom and giving them ghost form. Cover with white ricotta cheese filling, parmesan and mozzarella and attach the eyes of black olives. Ready pizzas can be served as Halloween treats. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp. ricotta
  • 1/3 Art. grated parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1.5 tbsp. grated mozzarella (approximately 200 gr.)
  • Dough flour
  • Sliced black olives, sliced, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Cover 2 parchment baking sheets paper.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Working with one part of the test for times, roll and stretch it on a lightly sprinkled flour surfaces in an oval of 20-22 cm in size. Lay on the prepared baking sheet and pull the end of the dough down, sharpening it to give test the ghost form.

  5. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan and Italian seasoning and spread on ghosts, stepping back about 1 cm from the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella and put in the oven again until the tortillas are heat up and the cheese does not melt, for about another 5 minutes. Add ghost eyes, putting two circles on each flat cake olives.
  6. Arrange the pizza in the serving plates and serve.
