  1. My chicken fillet and scroll through a meat grinder.
  2. A portion of a loaf of white bread is soaked in milk.

  5. Cut butter into narrow rectangular slices.
  6. Place a piece of butter on a cake formed from minced chicken. From above, cover the oil with the same mincemeat cake. We sculpt an oval schnitzel.
  7. Beat the egg with a fork. Dip the fashioned schnitzel in the egg, and then bread in homemade breadcrumbs.
  8. Deep-fried or in a deep frying pan with a large amount of hot oil on both sides until browning.
  9. We put the fried schnitzels on a baking sheet or in a mold for bake and put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees on 10 minutes for them to sweat there.
