Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Art. white rum
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 1/2 – 3/4 Art. ice cubes
  • Lime circles or pineapple slices for decoration (by wish)

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix pineapple juice, rum, lime juice and ice. Beat and cool. Strain into a cocktail glass on a leg and serve immediately, decorating, if desired, with lime circles or pieces of pineapple. (You can also beat the daiquiri in an ice blender, to get an ice cream cocktail).
