Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Finely grated zest and 2 lime juice
- 8 thin slices of ginger
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. apricot jam
- 1/4 Art. Dijon mustard

Recipe preparation:
- Mix lime juice, ginger and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Put on the stove and cook until the liquid is decrease to 1/2 tbsp., 8 – 10 minutes. Strain, then add lime zest, apricot jam and Dijon mustard.
