For coconut milk:
- Pulp of one coconut, finely chopped
- Coconut Liquid (Coconut Water)
For one serving of cocktail:
- 1/4 Art. coconut milk
- 1/3 Art. pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp. l spiced rum

Recipe preparation:
- Place the flesh of a coconut in a blender, add coconut water; wipe to an almost smooth consistency. Pour the coconut mixture into pan, add 1.5 tbsp. water and bring to a boil, then remove from cooker and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture through sieve with small holes and completely cool.
- Fill the shaker with ice, add coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum. Shake well, then strain into ice-filled glass.
- For a frozen version of this cocktail, grind in blender all the ingredients of a cocktail with 1 tbsp. ice.
