For coconut milk:

  • Pulp of one coconut, finely chopped
  • Coconut Liquid (Coconut Water)

For one serving of cocktail:

  • 1/4 Art. coconut milk
  • 1/3 Art. pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. l spiced rum

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the flesh of a coconut in a blender, add coconut water; wipe to an almost smooth consistency. Pour the coconut mixture into pan, add 1.5 tbsp. water and bring to a boil, then remove from cooker and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture through sieve with small holes and completely cool.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice, add coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum. Shake well, then strain into ice-filled glass.
  3. For a frozen version of this cocktail, grind in blender all the ingredients of a cocktail with 1 tbsp. ice.
