Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 peeled and thinly sliced seedless cucumber
- 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
- 2 tsp ultrafine sugar
- 1 tsp shallow sea salt
- 1 lime juice
- 1 bunch finely chopped green onions (white parts)
- 1/4 Art. fresh mint leaves
- 1 peeled and finely chopped chilli fresno

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, sea salt and lime juice and stir until sugar dissolves. Add carrots, cucumbers and green onions, mix. Transfer the mixture to food grade plastic container and refrigerate before serving. Directly before serving, add the mint leaves, chili pepper and mix.
