Pickled cabbage

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1.5 tbsp. finely chopped white cabbage
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2/3 Art. cider vinegar
  • 1/3 Art. honey
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl of inactive material, mix the cabbage, bell peppers and green onions. In a small saucepan, mix apple vinegar, honey, celery seeds, mustard seeds and red flakes pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat. boil for 5 minutes Pour the vegetables and mix. Salt and pepper.
  2. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate, stirring periodically, for at least 12 hours and up to 2 days.
