  • 2 tbsp. sugar syrup
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1.5 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. water, add sugar. To put pan on the stove and heat, stirring, until sugar will dissolve. Cool the syrup and pour into an ice-filled jug. Add 2 tbsp. cold water, lime and lemon juice, mix.
  2. Put in 8 cups 2 slices of lime and 2 leaves of mint, crush a little with a pestle. Add ice to glasses and pour on top Limead.
