Peppermint iced tea

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. water, add sugar and sprigs of mint. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring over low heat for 5 min Remove the pan from the stove, cover and leave infuse syrup for 30 minutes. Then take out the mint and completely cool the syrup.
