Pepper steak sauce

Steak Pepper Sauce – A Detailed recipe cooking. Photo Steak Pepper Sauce Time: 15 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 grilled red sweet peppers, peeled, without seed and chopped
  • 1/2 small head of red onion, large chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l honey
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l Chipotle Pepper Puree (Smoked Jalapeno)
  • 1/2 tbsp. canola oil or olive oil

Recipes with similar ingredients: sweet pepper, wine vinegar, chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, spicy sauce, mustard, honey

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a blender, mix baked bell peppers, onions, garlic, wine vinegar, honey, mustard, chipotle, salt and black pepper until smooth. With the blender running, slowly add oil and mix. Strain the sauce in a bowl.
  2. Note: this classic pepper sauce is great for grilled vegetables, chicken, fish and steak. Exit: 2.5 tbsp.
