Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 grilled red sweet peppers, peeled, without seed and chopped
- 1/2 small head of red onion, large chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 1 tbsp. l mustard
- 1 tbsp. l Chipotle Pepper Puree (Smoked Jalapeno)
- 1/2 tbsp. canola oil or olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a blender, mix baked bell peppers, onions, garlic, wine vinegar, honey, mustard, chipotle, salt and black pepper until smooth. With the blender running, slowly add oil and mix. Strain the sauce in a bowl.
