  • 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 Art. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • 240 ml. sparkling water
  • Pecans, for garnish

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a pan 2.5 tbsp. water, pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture is reduced. up to 3/4 tbsp., approximately 40 min. Strain and completely cool.
  2. Mix in a glass 3 tbsp. l syrup and sparkling water. To decorate a glass of pecans.
