- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- 240 ml. sparkling water
- Pecans, for garnish

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a pan 2.5 tbsp. water, pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture is reduced. up to 3/4 tbsp., approximately 40 min. Strain and completely cool.
