Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor or blender, combine nuts, 2 tbsp. l oils, salt and sugar. Mix at high speed for 30 sec. Scrape off the edges with a rubber spatula and beat to the desired consistency, adding more oil, 1 tsp. at a time. Add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a suitable bowl and refrigerate. Use peanut butter as a spread to spread on bread. Exit: 2 tbsp.
