Negroni with Beetroot Cocktail

Complexity: easy Quantity: 1 cocktail Recipes use measured containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Cocktail

  • 110 gr. beetroot-carrot-apple juice, the recipe follows
  • 60 gr gina
  • 30 gr Campari
  • Apple slices for decoration

Beetroot-carrot fresh

  • 2 medium beets, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix juice, gin and campari in a cocktail shaker filled ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Decorate cocktail with apple slices. Freshly squeezed carrot and carrot juice: Squeeze the juice from beets, apples and carrots, following the instructions your juicer. If desired, serve juice immediately with ice.
