Peach-ginger cocktail “Bellini”

Ingredients for the recipe:

For ginger sugar syrup:

  • 1/4 Art. sliced fresh ginger with peel
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cold water

For peach puree:

  • 300 gr half-thawed peaches
  • 1/2 tbsp. ginger sugar syrup

To submit:

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 bottle of champagne

Recipe preparation:

  1. Start by making ginger sugar syrup. Clean and grate ginger. Add to the pan with sugar and cold water. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and let it brew for 15 minutes. Strain and remove slices of ginger.
  2. Put frozen peaches in a blender and pour cooked ginger syrup. Beat until mashed, then refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Put ice cubes and half in a cocktail shaker fill with peach puree. Pour champagne and vigorously shake to mix the components. Pour into wine glasses for champagne and, if necessary, repeat the process.
