Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, mix 0.5 tbsp. water with 1/4 tbsp. sugar and over medium heat, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil, until sugar will not dissolve. Allow to cool completely.
- Mix chilled syrup, peach nectar, concentrate orange juice, vodka and peach schnapps in a container for freeze and freeze for 8 hours or overnight until the mixture hardens, but so that it can be typed with a spoon.
