Pasta massaman curry

Massaman curry pasta – a detailed recipe for cooking. friends: Photo pasta massaman curryTime: 1 hour. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 fresh lemongrass stalks
  • 12 seed-dried little dried red peppers Chile
  • 1 piece chopped fresh galangal root or 4 slices dried
  • 2 chopped red onion heads
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l coriander seed
  • 1 tbsp. l cardamom seed
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp carnations
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg husks (matsis or nutmeg Colour)
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp black pepper peas
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 4 bay leaves

Recipe preparation:
