Recipe preparation:
- Evenly distribute pasta with cheese in a square shape for baking size 20 by 20 cm. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator until hardened (approximately 1 hour). Cut 4 equal square pasta with cheese.
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat. Put on every piece bread square made of pasta. Add 1 slice of cheese and 2 at the top bacon. Cover with a second slice of bread and grill a sandwich on a griddle, until it warms up and acquires a golden color, approximately 4 minutes from each side. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
