Orchata is a detailed recipe for cooking.

Photo Orchata Time: 15 мин. Difficulty: Easy Portions: 6 V recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. long grain white rice
  • 2 tbsp. peeled almonds
  • A piece of cinnamon bark 2.5 cm long.
  • 8 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Rinse the rice and drain the water. Using a Spice Mill (an electric coffee grinder is also suitable), grind the rice until flour. Mix it with almonds and cinnamon. Add 3.5 tbsp. water, cover and leave overnight.
  2. Beat the rice mixture in a blender until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Strain the Orchad in a bowl first through a metal sieve, and then through a double layer of gauze. At the end, add another 2 tbsp. water to obtain a milk consistency. Drink with ice.
