Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. long grain white rice
- 2 tbsp. peeled almonds
- A piece of cinnamon bark 2.5 cm long.
- 8 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes

Recipe preparation:
- Rinse the rice and drain the water. Using a Spice Mill (an electric coffee grinder is also suitable), grind the rice until flour. Mix it with almonds and cinnamon. Add 3.5 tbsp. water, cover and leave overnight.
- Beat the rice mixture in a blender until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Strain the Orchad in a bowl first through a metal sieve, and then through a double layer of gauze. At the end, add another 2 tbsp. water to obtain a milk consistency. Drink with ice.
