Difficulty: Easy Servings: 8 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

For lavender syrup:

  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 Art. dried lavender

For a drink:

  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • Wide orange stripe zest

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. water, add sugar and dried lavender. Put the pan on the stove and heat, stirring, until until sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and strain into filled ice jug.
  2. Add orange juice, cold water and zest to the jug mix orange.
