Complexity: easy Servings: 4 The recipes use volumetric containers of volume: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 bags of black tea
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 6 clove buds
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 orange peel
  • Zest 1/2 orange
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 3 tbsp. l honey

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. water with cloves, cinnamon sticks and cardamom. Remove the pan from fire and cover. Brew for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the liquid, pour it back into the pan and heat. Add tea bags, brew it for several minutes, then add orange peel and zest. Add milk and honey. Spill in circles and serve.
