Oat latte

Strong oatmeal flavored in milk with spices espresso and granola decorated – a full breakfast and coffee in one a cup that you can take with you or enjoy it lazy Saturday morning.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 5.5 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 Art. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. instant oat flakes
  • 4 shots of warm espresso
  • 4 tbsp. l granola

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. to a boil, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Whip the milk into a froth and add the oatmeal flakes. While stirring constantly, cook the puree to a consistency of approximately 2.5 minutes
  2. Pour the hot mixture into 4 cups. Stir in shots (50-90 ml.) espresso in each cup and put 1 tbsp. l granola on top.
