- 5.5 tbsp. milk
- 1/4 Art. brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. instant oat flakes
- 4 shots of warm espresso
- 4 tbsp. l granola

Recipe preparation:
- Bring milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. to a boil, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Whip the milk into a froth and add the oatmeal flakes. While stirring constantly, cook the puree to a consistency of approximately 2.5 minutes
- Pour the hot mixture into 4 cups. Stir in shots (50-90 ml.) espresso in each cup and put 1 tbsp. l granola on top.
