Tangerine “ladies” cocktail 
Tangerine New Year’s cocktail – aromatic, delicious, bright and cheerful drink. According to tradition, it is considered exclusively ladies’. Because it’s light and is drunk nicely.
To make 4 glasses of tangerine cocktail you will need
- Tangerines (sweet, Spanish or hybrids are most delicious: Mineola, Clementine). – 4 things.
- Orange liquor (Grand Marnier, Cointreau) – 120 ml. If a know how, make homemade liquor.
- For 1 liter of vodka zest 1 lime, 3 oranges, a little black pepper and 200g of sugar. Insist three days before filtering for 2 hours lower the bay leaf. Connoisseurs claim that to taste – exactly like Cointreau!
- Champagne Brut (exclusively!) – 0.7l. Dry, with a little share of alcohol – this champagne goes well with liquor and sweet tangerine juice.

To prepare 4 glasses of the New Year’s Leader cocktail redskins, you’ll need:
- Vodka – 0.5l.
- Fresh cranberry juice – 0.3l.
- Orange liquor – 30 ml in each glass.
- Ice.
Put ice cubes in glasses, pour vodka, liquor and fruit drink (divide into 4 servings).
Baby Apple Champagne 
- Lemon – 2pcs.
- Apple juice (without pulp, clarified) – 1l.
- Sugar – about 2 tablespoons
- Mineral water (not salty) – 0.5l.
Squeeze the juice, add sugar and heat a little to sugar well dissolved. Chill. Apple cut into beautiful small slices or cubes. Mix mineral water with juice and lemon syrup. Pour into glasses and decorate each with apples.
Take on the role of a bartender, because such New Year’s making cocktails is not so difficult. But what an effect!
