  3. Sprinkle nectarines with sugar and send in the refrigerator for 2-3 of the day. During this time, the juice will turn into syrup, and the nectarines will become almost transparent.
  4. We put jam on the fire, cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling. The jam is ready as soon as the pieces of nectarine become transparent.
  5. We lay out the finished jam in sterilized jars, close and send to storage.
