- Cut the nectarines into small pieces, throwing out the seeds.
- Sprinkle nectarines with sugar and send in the refrigerator for 2-3 of the day. During this time, the juice will turn into syrup, and the nectarines will become almost transparent.
- We put jam on the fire, cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling. The jam is ready as soon as the pieces of nectarine become transparent.
- We lay out the finished jam in sterilized jars, close and send to storage.
