Mustard Meat Sauce

  • 1/4 Art. whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 small shallot onion, chop finely
  • 1 tbsp. l fresh chopped tarragon or any greens
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l water
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
