Lenten homemade soup cooked with porcini mushrooms and buckwheat. The combination of buckwheat and dried porcini mushrooms gives a delicious taste and the aroma. This dish can also be made for a vegetarian menu.

  1. Rinse mushrooms, soak in water for 1 hour. Boil for 40 minutes. Strain the broth, cut the mushrooms with noodles. Mushroom groats
  2. Bring mushroom broth up to 2.5-3 liters. To put on the fire.
  3. Dip the potatoes into cubes into the boiling broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Dice the onion, carrots – into strips. Fry vegetables on vegetable oil. Add mushrooms and fry for another 7-10 minutes.
  5. When the potatoes are ready, put the frying in the broth and washed buckwheat.
  6. Cook soup until cereal is cooked. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
