- Rinse mushrooms, soak in water for 1 hour. Boil for 40 minutes. Strain the broth, cut the mushrooms with noodles.
- Bring mushroom broth up to 2.5-3 liters. To put on the fire.
- Dip the potatoes into cubes into the boiling broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
