  • 8 leaves of fresh railing (Japanese shinto mint)
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar syrup
  • 90 ml. very dry sake
  • 30 ml fruit wine

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the mint leaves (not too small pieces) into the shaker for a martini. Knead the mint, but not too much to stay small pieces, just enough to give a taste and aroma. Squeeze lime juice. Add a teaspoon of sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with ice for 2/3 of the volume. Add sake. Then the wine. Whisk vigorously. Pour through a strainer into a tall glass with ice.
