  • 20 mint leaves
  • 6 lime juice
  • 180 ml. white rum
  • 30 ml mineral water

  1. In a mortar or in a large glass, mix sugar and mint leaves and mash the pestle into the paste. Add lime juice and rum. Whisk the mixture and pour into 4 small glasses. Add mineral water.
