Ingredients for the recipe:
Coffee ice
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 tbsp. warm strong espresso
Chocolate syrup
- 2/3 Art. Sahara
- 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 30 gr milk chocolate, chop finely
- 1.5 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Frappe
- 1 tbsp. skim milk
- Whipped cream for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Make coffee ice: dissolve sugar in coffee, then cool. Pour coffee into ice molds with 16 square recesses and put in the freezer, about 3 h
- To make chocolate syrup: pour sugar into the pan and cocoa powder, then slowly pour in, stirring with a whisk 2/3 tbsp. hot water. Put the pan on the stove and heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the stove, add chocolate, honey and vanilla extract, mix until homogeneous state. Then cool the syrup completely.
- To make frappe: place 8 dice in a blender coffee ice, 1 tbsp. crushed ice, pour 1/2 tbsp. milk and 1/2 Art. chocolate syrup, beat until smooth. Pour cocktail in 2 glasses, then repeat with the remaining ingredients. Garnish with smoothies and whipped cream on top chocolate syrup.
