- Peel and cut the potatoes with a medium dice.  

 - Separate the legs from the mushrooms, they will not be needed. Boil hats. Cut into slices.
 - Rinse the cabbage, if very salty, and squeeze a little. Chop it up.  

 - Cut the onion into thin rings.
 - Mix potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sauerkraut. To fill salt, sugar and butter. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
