  1. Peel and cut the potatoes with a medium dice.
  2. Separate the legs from the mushrooms, they will not be needed. Boil hats. Cut into slices.
  3. Rinse the cabbage, if very salty, and squeeze a little. Chop it up.
  4. Cut the onion into thin rings.
  5. Mix potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sauerkraut. To fill salt, sugar and butter. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
