Time:5 minutes. Difficulty: easy Amount: 1 cocktail In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- One bottle (330 ml.) Chilled Mexican beer, such like dos equis amber
- 1/4 Art. coarse salt
- 1 tsp seasoning chili
- 1 lime juice and 1 lime wedge
- 2 tbsp. ice
- 90 ml. tomato juice (1/3 tbsp.)
- 4 dash of hot Tabasco sauce
- 4 Worcestershire sauce des
Recipes with similar ingredients: light beer, Worcestershire sauce, chili seasoning, tomato juice
Recipe preparation:
- Combine the salt and chili seasoning in a shallow plate. Moisten lime the edges of a tall beer glass and then dip the rim into salt with chili. Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour lime juice, tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire and beer. Mix lightly. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Cook’s advice
For a large company, make a tomato mixture before guests arrive. Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and lime juice, and cool well. Add a few slices of jalapeno pepper for extra sharpness. Before serving, garnish the edges of the glasses with salt with chili and fill with ice. Pour in 60 ml. (1/4 tbsp.) Tomato mix and add beer to the top.
