Mezcal cocktail

Mescal is now popular in bars in the USA, but Mexicans drink it already several centuries. For this cocktail, bartenders use a young Mezcal, aged no more than 2 months, and the edges of the glasses cover special red salt is a sharp salt with crushed caterpillar! 18+ Excessive drinking harms your health! Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Red salt with caterpillar (or ordinary salt mixed with chili powder)
  • 50 ml mezcal
  • 20 ml orange liquor (e.g. Cointreau)
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml agave syrup
  • Dried pineapple and pineapple leaf for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour a little salt on a small plate. Moisten the edge with water low glass and squeeze to salt. Fill a glass with ice.
