Mexican Coleslaw with Radish

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 medium cabbage, chop finely
  • 1 bunch of radish, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Half lime juice
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 green jalapenos, cut into thin slices

Recipes with similar ingredients: radishes, chili peppers, peppers jalapenos, white cabbage, lime juice, cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Stir in a large salad bowl cabbage, radish, olive oil, salt and lime juice, let stand for 15 minutes. Before serving mix with cilantro and sprinkle with jalapenos.
