Share with friends: Time: 25 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 8 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tsp strong black tea (best of all, robusta)
- 4 tbsp. water
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom seed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper peas
- 1/2 tsp whole clove buds
- 1/2 tsp pieces of cinnamon
- 1 star anise star (read)
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 1 tsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger
- 1 finely chopped pod of Madagascar vanilla variety “Bourbon”
- 225 gr. category “A” honey

Recipe preparation:
- In a saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients except honey, reduce heat and simmer when low boiling, covered with a lid so that tea is brewed, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a jug *. Add honey and well mix. Keep in the refrigerator. Can be served hot or cold. * Tip: If using a glass jug, ok Warm it before pouring hot tea.
