  • 5 ripe light peaches, cut in half and remove bones
  • 170 gr tequila
  • 170 gr Cointreau Orange Liqueur
  • 170 gr freshly squeezed lime juice (approximately 10 limes)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Fry peaches cut down to the marks from the lattice, from 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine tequila, cointreau, lime juice and peaches, leave 2 halves of baked peaches for decoration. Mix on high speed to obtain a homogeneous mass, from 1 to 2 minutes.
