Difficulty: easy Amount: 1 liter B recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper peas
- 3 crushed cardamom fruits
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- Coarse salt
- 6 thin slices of ginger
- 2 dried chili de arbola
- 3/4 Art. 5% table vinegar (preferably natural raw materials)
- 2 large hard mangoes, peeled and chopped slices 1.2 cm thick.

Recipe preparation:
- In a small frying pan over medium heat, fry cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, peas and cardamom, stirring for 4 minutes.
- Make a pickle: in a medium saucepan, mix vinegar, 3/4 Art. water, sugar, lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l salt, ginger, pepper chili, fried spices. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Put the mango in a liter jar, fill with brine, completely cool. Close the lid and refrigerate for the night or leave there for 1 week.
