Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2.5 tbsp. diced mango
  • 1 slice (2.5 cm.) Peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 chopped Jamaican pepper Scotch bonnet
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. raisins
  • Ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a medium-sized pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook until thick, about 25 minutes, stirring often to prevent the sauce from sticking to the bottom. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. Output: 2.5 Art.
