  • 4 tbsp. salad mixture of shredded vegetables (broccoli, red and white cabbage, carrots)
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into slices
  • Coarse salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook as much as indicated on the package. Leave 3 tbsp. l sauce broth, drain the rest, rinse noodles under cold water.
