Recipe preparation:

  1. To make syrup: mix sugar and water in a saucepan. Put the pan on the stove and cook at medium temperature, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the stove and cool the syrup completely.
  2. To make a drink: mix sugar syrup in a jug, lime juice, lemon juice and water. Pour the drink into the glasses filled with ice and garnish with sage leaves.
