Ingredients for the recipe:
Lemon syrup
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. water
- Zest of two lemons, cut in wide stripes
Lemonade
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- Lemon slices

Recipe preparation:
- Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. water, add sugar and lemon zest. Put the pan on the stove and heat, stirring, until until sugar dissolves. Cool, remove the lemon peel and pour the syrup into an ice-filled jug.
