Lemon Champagne Cocktail

  • 350 gr (1.5 tbsp.) Frozen lemon concentrate or defrost lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp. vanilla or plain vodka
  • One 750 ml pink champagne bottle, chilled
  • Sprigs of fresh mint

Vanilla vodka

  • 1 bottle (750 ml.) Of vodka
  • 3 vanilla pods

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine lemon concentrate and vodka in a jug. Slow mix with champagne. Pour a cocktail into ice-filled glasses and garnish with sprigs of mint.
