Latte Mocachino

  • You will need a hand blender.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Brew strong French coffee or espresso in a coffee pot. AT in a small saucepan, heat whole milk and add cocoa. Pour coffee into two large coffee cups, filling them 3/4. Until milk comes to a boil with a high speed submersible mixer whip the foam and mix in the cocoa. When the “chocolate milk” will be have a beautiful froth, carefully pour the milk into a cup of coffee, spreading foam on top with a spoon.
  2. Sprinkle with cocoa.
