  1. Wash and peel apples and peels. Cut apples into slices. The Antonovka apple variety is most suitable. Kvass apple
  2. Put the slices in a saucepan or stewpan. Fill with water and add sugar, set on fire. Bring apples with water to boiling. Remove from heat and cool.
