  1. Sieve millet and rinse 6 times with hot water so as not to bitter. Kulesh Cossack
  2. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and put in a simmer cold water. Allow to boil, remove the foam.
  3. Put millet to the potato. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Coarsely chop the carrots in circles or half rings and lay out into the broth.
  5. Parsley root cut into a cross, put in soup. Cook 10 minutes. Kulesh Cossack
  6. Cut the onion into a small dice, put in a kulesh.
  7. Fry the diced bacon in a pan until golden color.
  8. Squeeze the garlic through a press, peel hot seeds and cut in small pieces.
  9. Chop greens.
  10. As soon as the vegetables are soft, send lard, greens to the soup, pepper, bay leaf and peppercorns.
  11. Salt and boil the soup for about 20 minutes. Have a nice appetite.
